-   **Usage data** — pages visited, referring URLs, and browser type, collected via Cloudflare analytics.
-   **Authentication data** — if you use the client portal, we process your email and Google/Microsoft sign-in token via Firebase Authentication.

-   To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
-   To deliver and manage custom manufacturing projects.
-   To send welcome emails and project updates.
-   To improve our website and services.
-   To comply with legal obligations.

## 3\. Third-Party Services

-   **Firebase** — client portal authentication (Google / Microsoft sign-in)
-   **Cloudflare** — CDN, analytics, and bot protection
-   **Resend** — transactional email delivery

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We use essential cookies for authentication and a HubSpot tracking cookie (`hubspotutk`) for form attribution. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We retain contact and project data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements. Portal account data is retained until you request deletion.
